Concert Review: Queens of the Stone Age

June 18, 2025June 18, 2025admin

It seems almost impossible that it’s been two years since I’ve seen Queens of the Stone Age for the first two times. I still feel like I’m functioning on pandemic time…

Adolescence – Season 1 Review

June 17, 2025June 17, 2025admin

I write that this is a review of the first season of Adolescence, because apparently their is chatter of a potential second season. I have no clue if it would be a continuation of the story presented in these four episodes or if it would be totally new material, but there is a possibility for more.

Fan Art Friday: 82MAJOR

June 13, 2025admin

My most recent K-Pop discovery is 82MAJOR since they’ve decided to grace my state with a concert at the end of the month. I’m working through individual drawings of all the members before the show, so here are team leader Seongil and resident handsome man, Seokjoon!

Book Review: Case File Compendium, Vol. 3 by Rou Bao Bu Chi Rou

June 13, 2025June 13, 2025admin

I was only trying to fool myself when I said I was going to bake other books in between Rou Bao Bu Chi Rou’s Case File: Compendium novels. Knowing that a fifth book is due out the second week of the month was enough for me to move straight onto the next novel.

Weekend Movie Review

June 10, 2025June 10, 2025admin

I’ve finally determined that I’ve just been too dang busy to make any real dent in my movie list. Which is a shame, and I am going to be trying really hard to remedy that this month. But anyway, here’s what made the cut this weekend.

Concert Review: Bad Suns

June 9, 2025June 9, 2025admin

I couldn’t even begin to tell you the last time I saw Bad Suns live. For a short while, they were leading the pack, but then there were a few albums that weren’t necessarily my favorite, and then the pandemic…but a short tour was announced and Cleveland was on the list, so I jumped at the chance to get a ticket!

Foxy Shazam – Animality Opera

June 5, 2025admin

The only thing that really clued me in to a new Foxy Shazam album on the horizon was the announcement of their extensive US tour that is already underway. As far as actually advertising Animality Opera, not much was done. I do believe it is another self-produced juggernaut, but still, sell your awesome selves!
