Mega Movie Weekend

I gave myself a long weekend, so that means a bunch of movies! While the weekend’s viewings started out light and fun, they eventually morphed into a more serious territory, which I really enjoyed! To be frank, none of these movies were bad, and there was one that rose above the rest, but you can’t go wrong adding any of these titles to your future watch-list.

Sundance Film Festival – Days 1 & 2

I suppose this is days one and two for me, when in actuality they are days 2 and 3. Whatever, those are just small details. The real story lies in the films I’ve been able to watch! Take what I can get, right?

The Great – Season 1 Review

And starring Nicholas Hoult alongside Elle Fanning! I didn’t watch it straight away and then the Emmy shows took some precedence, so I’ve only just now gotten around to watching this comedy-drama, and slightly true telling of the early days of Catherine the Great of Russia.
