I feel like I’ve been a fan of Emma Stone since the beginning of her film career with a trio of comedies including Superbad, The Rocker, and The House Bunny. So it should come as no surprise that I’ve watched almost everything she’s been in since that time (both good and bad). And for some reason it’s taken me until this strange year to finally draw her, but I’m glad I did!

Fan Art Friday: Hugh Dancy
It’s no secret. I love Hannibal, so I think it’s finally time to pay Will Graham his due, because he’s a hunk, too! This picture of Hugh Dancy was so posh that I had to draw it. Enjoy!

The first thing I ever saw Cillian Murphy in was Red Eye a long time ago, and his deranged performance stuck with me. Since then, he’s been in numerous memorable films and shows, like Peaky Blinders and Inception. Of his abundance of work though, my favorites have to be Anthropoid and Free Fire. Worth the watch if you’ve got some time.

Hot off the presses is my latest drawing of Robert Pattinson! Some of the inspiration for drawing him is due to the upcoming release of the novel, Midnight Sun, by Stephanie Meyer, but it’s also because of all of the other awesome stuff he’s been involved with! Seriously, Twilight has to be the worst movie in his filmography. If you really want to watch him shine I recommend, Little Ashes, Good Time, and Damsel. These are all so eclectic and just awesome! I’m also really looking forward to what’s coming next for him, both indie and blockbuster.

Look, I know it’s been a relatively short time since I last posted a One Direction drawing, but tough squash! My love for them is deep and I have drawn them A LOT over the years, so you’re just going to have to deal with it. This time it comes with good reason, though! It’s been ten whole years since they originally formed. Sure, they burned out like a dying star after only five years together, but still. Their dominance over pop culture is something I think people will be hard-pressed to forget anytime soon. I had hoped foolishly, like most of the other Directioners out there, for a reunion announcement with this ten-year anniversary, but to no avail. Doesn’t mean I’ll ever stop hoping for it!

While I’m not the world’s biggest Adele fan, I do appreciate her immense talent and amiable personality. I also really love her album covers! There’s nothing I love more than the striking aesthetic of black and white photographs, so it was a no-brainer for me to pick one of them and draw it. The lucky winner happened to be her third record, 25. I was pretty pleased with how this turned out, and it’s making me consider drawing her other covers, as well. Enjoy!

This drawing is a bit of a throwback, but in this time of quarantine I’ve been listening to a lot of early 2000s Fall Out Boy. That, and I’m sad I’ll have to wait until next summer to see them on their Hella Mega Tour now.

I definitely admire a lot of the films Jessica Chastain has been in over the years (Molly’s Game, for real go watch it), and she’s a beauty, so here’s a drawing of her!

In celebration of the sixth anniversary of Language and Perspective from Bad Suns, here’s a throwback drawing (one of many) that I gifted them at one of their shows. It even made it onto their old website!

Ever since watching Red Eye back in 2005, I’ve considered myself a Cillian Murphy fan. Sure, he’s been in tent-pole blockbusters like Inception and The Dark Knight Trilogy, but I’m more fond of his indie film ventures, like Free Fire and Anthropoid. Seriously, if you’ve never seen these films, then you must!
