With my most recent K-Pop obsession, Omega X, I am doing my very best to find out everything I can about this lesser known group. Just like I was surprised to learn about the KBL series, A Should to Cry On, starring their leader and maknae, I was equally surprised to learn that their fourth eldest member, Hangyeom, was in the more recent KBL, Jazz for Two.

Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo
In all of my online creeping, Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo was one of the most anticipated BLs of the year for a lot of people out there. And in just four short weeks the whole Korean series was at our fingertips with equally high praise. I personally didn’t share quite as much love for this series, but still found it enjoyable.

I feel like the review of this series requires a little bit of backstory. Not even a month ago while I was in New York for Comic Con, the algorithms that be kept throwing me an add for a K-pop group I’d never heard of called Omega X playing at the House of Blues in Cleveland. After the fifth time seeing it, I reached out to my new K-pop friend and she exclaimed her love for them, so naturally I bought a ticket before even listening to a song. A longtime goal is finally coming true this weekend: I am going to New York Comic Con! I know it’s not San Diego, but this is the next best thing! After I get their autographs, I get to sit in on the panel, as well! I was so nervous reserved spots would be gone by the time I got through, but I made it! be prepared for more when I get back, but I can’t wait to get this thing signed.

I felt like I’ve been in a bit of a BL slump lately, but I was surprised to see that this whole series had just finished airing and I hadn’t heard that much about it! Re-teaming Fourth and Gemini in the Thai version of the Japanese original, My Love Mix-Up! ended up being a much better BL than their original series.

As I’ve said so many times now, the Ty Grady-Zane Garrett series by Abigail Roux is one of my favorite things this year! Is it the best series I’ve ever read? No, probably not, but it succeeds at sucking me into their world so wholly that I can’t help but put this near the top of my list. Stars & Stripes is no different.

I think I’ve said this since reading the first book, but I cannot get enough of this Zane Garett and Ty Grady series by Abigail Roux. While she did collaborate on the first three novels with Madeleine Urban, Armed & Dangerous was her first outing alone.

I don’t know if the films I landed on this weekend could have been any more random. But they were all aces!
