Rutherford Falls – Season 2 Review

It is a dirty, dirty shame that Peacock decided to cancel Rutherford Falls after two seasons. It’s an extra big shame that no other network decided to pick it up like it’s sophomore comedic counterpart, Girls5Eva. I’m looking at you, Netflix. But anyway, I can fill you in on the second, and last season, of this feel-good comedy.

Dr. Death Miniseries Review

Back a few months ago I saw a commercial for this miniseries, Dr. Death and knew at some point I was going to get Peacock to watch it. Well, that time has come and it was well worth a month of my life subscribing to NBC’s streaming service. The cast alone was enough to sell it for me, and of course the subject matter was intriguing, but even with just the first episode I was hooked!

Rutherford Falls Season 1

A couple of weeks ago my sister got us a Peacock subscription, so while she’s paying for it for the month, I am taking advantage of it! Somewhat high up on my watchlist was the comedy Rutherford Falls. When you’ve got Ed Helms at the lead of a show, it’s pretty much guaranteed that I’ll tune in. Not only his name was the draw though. After seeing Michael Greyeyes in a bunch of stuff this past year, he was another huge reason for me to watch, and especially in a comedic role! Let’s dive in!

Having just read Karen McManus’ book last year, this series adaptation of One of Us is Lying came as a bit of a surprise! Really, I only knew about it roughly a month beforehand and that was only because my issue of Entertainment Weekly told me about it!
