Elizabeth Holmes, a Stanford sophomore dropout, managed to dupe a large part of the world with the promise of revolutionary healthcare. Blood testing to be more specific. Given how recently everything fell apart for her, I’m sort of shocked this scandal was never on my radar. I worked in healthcare for crying out loud! In finance, but still.

Silicon Valley – Final Seasons 5 & 6
I’ve officially met the end of the road for another world renouned comedy. It’s been a long time coming, but Silicon Valley has finally become a part of my life and I am happier for it! Seriously, this show produced a lot of laughs and I really couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Well, it took me way longer to watch the second season of Silicon Valley, much to my dismay, but it was in no way less funny. For a show about technology, I find myself laughing out loud a lot. And as I said in the first season review, if a comedy manages to take something I know nothing about and still make me laugh, they are doing something right!

In that case, I made the executive decision to start an HBO classic, Silicon Valley.
