Fan Art Friday: Omega X / A Shoulder to Cry On

Less than a week ago I spoke to Shin Yechan of Omega X! Would I have preferred it in person like it was supposed to be? Absolutely. But in the end that still didn’t take away my thrill at the chance to get to speak to Yechan. For being such a new fan I kind of felt a little like a fraud, but then you know what, no. I’m just as crazy about them now as I will be a few months from now. The only difference will be how much time I’ve spent looking them up online. I’ve already watched A Shoulder to Cry On a second time (and it’s just as good), and I can’t begin to tell you how many hours I’ve logged listening to their albums. Jazz for Two – Series Review

With my most recent K-Pop obsession, Omega X, I am doing my very best to find out everything I can about this lesser known group. Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo

In all of my online creeping, Let Free the Curse of Taekwondo was one of the most anticipated BLs of the year for a lot of people out there. And in just four short weeks the whole Korean series was at our fingertips with equally high praise. I personally didn’t share quite as much love for this series, but still found it enjoyable.

A Shoulder to Cry On – Series Review

I feel like the review of this series requires a little bit of backstory. Not even a month ago while I was in New York for Comic Con, the algorithms that be kept throwing me an add for a K-pop group I’d never heard of called Omega X playing at the House of Blues in Cleveland. After the fifth time seeing it, I reached out to my new K-pop friend and she exclaimed her love for them, so naturally I bought a ticket before even listening to a song. She also told me that the leader and maknae had done a BL series together, so I was hooked.
