Alright marshmallows! After almost an entire year, I finally buckled down to watch the fourth season of Veronica Mars, and I was not disappointed! I mean, I read a lot of spoilers when it first came out because I knew I wasn’t going to watch it right away and I saw an abundance of outrage across the internet. I get why everyone was upset, but truthfully, I wasn’t.

Roswell, New Mexico – Episodes 9 & 10 Review
I left you hanging after last week’s episode of Roswell, New Mexico, so that just means your going to get double the review right now you lucky ducks!

Two oldies and a brand spanking new movie made the cut this weekend. All were very solid choices, and varying genres! I squeezed in a comedy, some action, and drama into a very short time frame and it was exceptionally enjoyable.

I picked another young adult novel to follow up Fangirl, but this was a solid choice, I promise you. While I moved back a little age-wise, One of Us is Lying follows a rag-tag group of high-schoolers navigating through a thought-provoking thriller.

In a relatively short amount of time I worked through all three seasons of NBC’s show Hannibal. Again, I never watched this while it aired, and I feel shame for that now! This show was so, so good, and the third season got even better.

MAJOR SPOILERS AHEAD! There. You’ve been warned. And I’m giving that warning because I have never been this far ahead on a Netflix show before, so I actually could spoil things for people. The second season of Netflix’s original show, Dead to Me, premiered on Friday, and there were so many well staggered twists that I really couldn’t help myself! That, and there are only ten half hour episodes. But really good writing and acting, too!

I guess I don’t mean “mega” as in blockbusters, I just mean I watched six movies in three days. That would be a mega achievement for almost anyone, myself included. There’s always a part of me that likes to just go and listen to the same old stuff that I’ve been listening to for the past fifteen years, but then there’s a part of me that wants to find new music. While Joywave is not a band that has just entered my life, I have waited a few weeks too many to listen to their latest outing, Possession. Let me tell you, this record rules! Unlike a few of the last albums I’ve listened to, this one slapped all the way through, and that is quite the accomplishment!

At this point I’d say it’s no secret that I like Hannibal and I think it’s also rather obvious that I would have drawn something related to the show or it’s actors by now. So I give you Dr. Hannibal Lecter himself! Also, Mads Mikkelsen is gorgeous. I said what I said!
Read moreBook Review – Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell
After that brutal reading of Shirley, I decided I need to pick something on the lighter side, so I went back into the young adult world to read Rainbow Rowell’s, Fangirl. As a self-proclaimed fangirl (seriously, ask almost anyone I know), I felt like this was a solid choice that I could relate to. Turns out I did a little bit!
