George & Tammy – Miniseries Review

I might be as shocked as you are that I subjected myself to a miniseries detailing the careers of country music royalty, George Jones and Tammy Wynette. Truly, I despise country music, but I love Michael Shannon and Jessica Chastain, so I decided to give George & Tammy a fair shake before my Showtime subscription ran out.

White Reaper – Asking for a Ride, Album Review

Ohhhh, I’m pretty excited! The last time White Reaper put out a new album it was pre-pandemic and I also missed seeing them open for The Killers at a free show for MLB’s All-Star Weekend. I immediately sought out the record, and luckily my parents didn’t investigate too far into it and bought it for me. I’ve seen them live at least four times over the course of my life and I just hope that if someday the band gets resurrected that we get the lineup of that era, but for now, I will reflect and be happy.

Weekend Movie Review

I wish there would have been more time for movies this weekend, but I’ve got a week full of Sundance features coming up, so I suppose I’ll make up for it. While there were a couple new titles this weekend, I went for some re-watches, as well. I know, who has time for that?! Well, sometimes I make time.
