Book Review: One Perfect Couple by Ruth Ware

I sure do hope Ruth Ware doesn’t have a ghost writer out there, because it seems almost impossible that she’s cranking out four hundred page novels around the same time every year. I certainly know it’s possible to write that much, and with an author as popular as she is, I know the publishing house would probably drop everything to get it out as quickly as possible, but still. I suppose I will remain in awe, because Ware delivers again with One Perfect Couple.

Book Review: One of Us is Back by Karen M. McManus

I certainly appreciate McManus giving us all a roster of important players in her third novel for the One of Us is Lying series. It’s hard to believe it’s been three years since the last installment came out, but then there was also a television series introduced to muddy the waters a little bit. No fear though, if you were a fan of the first two novels, then One of Us is Back will be easy to pick up on right away.

New Riley Sager!! I’d be so happy if this guy manages to pump out a new book every year, mainly because they’ve all been thoroughly enjoyable. And honestly, I’m a little surprised I’m saying that about his newest release, The House Across the Lake, but you’ll just have to keep reading to find out why.
