Since I was going to be seeing Bad Omens over this past weekend, I figured I should give their latest album, The Death of Peace of Mind a full run-through. I can’t help but think back to an interview I read a few months ago where Joe Keery scoffed at the thought of his debut full-length album, Twenty-Twenty. he evidently thought it was a bit juvenile both in sound and from a lyrical perspective. Really, his new album, Decide, seems like a natural continuation from that first record, but I’ll have to listen to it a few more times to see if it’s evolved that much lyrically.
