Being out of town for a little bit means that I missed a chunk of awards season! No fear, because where there’s a will, there’s a way! And in the case of the SAG Awards, Netflix! This year marked the SAG Awards’ first year on the streaming giant (sorry, TBS), and I am quite alright with the move.

After a terrible year for actors and writers, the studios finally pulled their heads out of their asses just in time for awards season! And though the Golden Globes are back for only the second year after trying to right their wrongs, I thought the evening was a perfectly fine one.

This book of stories written by Black Veil Brides front man Andy Biersack, and pal Ryan J. Downey, really had a lot to delve into for someone who really hasn’t spent all that long on this planet. In honor of the third season of Stranger Things airing yesterday, on the 4th of July, below is a duo drawing I did of my favorite characters, Steve and Billy, played by Joe Keery and Dacre Montgomery, respectively. It also doesn’t hurt that they are two very good looking gentlemen. Enjoy 🙂

This past Monday, the pre-taped MTV Movie & TV Awards aired, and it was a pretty decent time. Sure, there were some cringe-worthy moments, but would it be MTV if there weren’t any? Since adding television in the same categories as movies a few years back, the categories just seem like they’re missing quality performances, but this is all about what the fans like, so I suppose I can’t be too critical. Either way, there seemed to be a nice mix of winners between the two mediums.
