I’ve had another few days off, and the weather hasn’t been all that great, so what better way to spend my than watching a butt load of movies?! There’s not, I promise. This time I chose to enjoy both new and old films, some of which I’ve already seen and some that are old, but new to me. Catch a quick summary below!
Read moreYou Season 2
Okay, I might be four months late, but I finally sat down and watched the second season of You! Now a while back I reviewed the second novel, Hidden Bodies, that this season was going to be based on. I would say that it was pretty loosely based on that book, but there were parts I liked more in the show than in the book.
Read moreQuibi – The Stranger Review
In this time of quarantine and new content overload, I caved and subscribed to the newest short-form streaming service, Quibi. A large part of my decision had to do with the fact that I saw some thriller projects featuring Christoph Waltz and Dane DeHaan…actually, that might have been the only reason. Because even if we all didn’t have an abundant amount of time to spend inside, why would I pay monthly for “shows” that are shorter than some Youtube clips?! It’s seems pretty ridiculous if you ask me. And after finishing one series in just over an hour, I can confirm that it wouldn’t be worth paying for.
Read moreAlbum Review: Louis Tomlinson – Walls
As I mentioned in my Fan Art Friday post from yesterday, I was getting ready to draw and with that I was going to listen to Louis Tomlinson’s debut album, Walls. As a die-hard Directioner, I was excited, but also nervous to listen to this, because I truthfully haven’t given their solo efforts much attention. I love the One Direction sound so much, that I just sort of live in that musical bubble.

Over this extended time of quarantining, I re-ignited my love of One Direction, and I also plan on listening to Louis Tomlinson’s new album. Since he’s my favorite 1D member, it’s only natural that I drew him an unhealthy amount of times. He’s cute, what can I say?
Read moreBarry Season 2 Review
After finishing the second season of Barry, all I have to say is this. Watch it! It’s free to stream on the HBO app during this time of quarantine and each season is only eight half hour episodes. So in summary, it’s a very small time commitment for some very rewarding television. You’ll laugh, you’ll tear up, and you will love it.
Read moreRoswell, New Mexico – “I’ll Stand by You”
I feel like a broken record at this point, but Roswell, New Mexico keeps delivering the goods each week! So that means it can’t be helped that I continuously point it out. This week we see the fruits of our scientists labors, as well as some much deserved flashbacks into the tumultuous upbringing of Michael Guerin.

Ed Sheran’s fourth official release has been in my possession for quite some time now, but until today I hadn’t given it the full listen-through. Sure, I’d heard many singles from the No. 6 Collaborations Project, but it didn’t encompass the full scope of the record.
Read moreThe Death and Life of John F. Donovan
I had heard about this Xavier Dolan movie several months back and I’ve been stalking the internet ever since on how I could watch it. Well, it’s finally made its way onto several digital services, so I sat down to give The Death and Life of John F. Donovan a watch on Saturday. Sure, it was somber and serious, but I love a good drama, even in this most dramatic time.

While it’s still Friday, I suppose I should post some fan art! And yes, I know I just posted a new Milo Ventimiglia drawing a couple weeks ago, but the man is so good looking! So really, you’re welcome 🙂
