As someone who just re-watched Long Shot and someone who is very excited to see Bombshell, I figured now is the time to give some love to Charlize Theron. I’m fairly convinced this woman can do anything in the acting world. This drawing is from the last time she hosted SNL.

Fan Art Friday: Tyler Blackburn
Yes, this is the second Roswell, New Mexico star that I’ve drawn, but for good reason! The second season is returning in March! Woohoo!! Also, Tyler Blackburn is insanely good to look at, so why not? I admit that I had never seen him in anything before this show, so you’re correct in that I’ve never seen any bit of Pretty Little Liars (don’t hate!). Either way, I hope you all enjoy.

If you’ve ever read anything on this blog, you will know that I was a big, big fan of the Roswell, New Mexico reboot, and a large part of that was because of who they cast as Michael, Michael Vlamis. No, I had never heard of this kid before watching the show, and no, he hasn’t really been in much, but I believe with his acting chops and those curls that he’ll go far in life regardless if Roswell does, too. And this man is a fan of the fans! Interact with him on Instagram (I have)!

It’s time to give some love to one of my favorite bands of all time: Sullivan. I would consider them fairly unknown and that is a damn shame because all three records they’ve released over an hiatus and 15 years is absolutely fantastic! Here’s some throwback mixed media artwork I did back in high school for these guys.

Fan Art Friday: Arcade Fire
In honor of this amazing band’s debut album, Funeral, being released 15 years ago, here they are! Also, I’ve seen them live twice and they are truly fantastic! So you must go if you get the chance!

Fan Art Friday: Rafael Nadal (U.S. Open Special)

Since Rafa is playing his semi-final match as we speak, I wanted to pay tribute to the one athlete I’m obsessed with. Enjoy!
Fan Art Friday: Bad Suns
Bad Suns have been one of my favorite bands since I heard their first single, “Cardiac Arrest,” back in 2014. Three albums later and a new tour starting up in a few weeks, and I still love them! I think they also might be tied for the top as one of the bands I’ve seen live the most (twice in one week once)! I’ve also had the pleasure of gifting them some artwork in the past and they were gracious enough to share it on their website at the time! Some of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet and seriously talented, too. Go catch them if they’re coming to your city!

Fan Art Friday/New Movie Review
You know, I wanted to do a full movie recap of The Peanut Butter Falcon that I had the pleasure of watching last night, but I realize there was so much in there that can’t be converted into words that I decided this could also be an appreciation post for Shia LaBeouf! I’ve grown up with Shia starting with Even Stevens, so seeing him make very indie, but incredible film choices over the years has been really fun to watch. Sure, his social life is a little odd, but wasn’t Louis, too?

In honor of Highly Suspect finally releasing new music today in the forms of singles, “16” and “Upper Drugs,” off their upcoming third full length, MCID, which is due out November 1st, here is a pretty ambitious pen drawing I did of Johnny Stevens from back before he had his face tats.

Since I just finished re-watching The Perks of Being a Wallflower AND Stuck In Love, here are some older drawings I did of actor, Logan Lerman!
